Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shapewear purchase! Shapewear is intimate apparel, so for hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened from their original packaging, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

We will be happy to process exchanges or refunds free of charge if you have received an item that is not the exact item you have ordered. Please inspect your garment on receipt, ensuring it is the correct size and color that you ordered before opening it. Once you have tried the garment on, returns are not possible.

If you received the wrong product...
We do our best to get your order right, but if there’s a mistake, we’ll fix it quickly and at no cost to you.

Our simple three-step process:

Step 1: Review your order to ensure what you received is not what you ordered. Our products are manufactured by Sociedad Anna Marye in Palmira Valle, Colombia. A table that matches their stock numbers to our product line can be found here.

Step 2: Within 7 days of receiving your order, email customercare@everbodyshapewear.com the following, with the subject line “shipping error”:

    • an image of the product you received, showing the size, color, or whatever issue is incorrect.
    • Tell us your original order number and the problem with the shipment.
    • Tell us whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you would like an exchange, specify the model, size and color.
    • We will reply within 48 hours with a prepaid shipping label you can attach to your package and send back to us.

Step 3: When we receive it, we will inspect it to ensure it is…

    • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
    • No stains, scents
    • All tags attached and packaging included (clear plastic bag & packaging).
      Then we will issue your refund in the original form of payment or send out your replacement item as requested.

If you changed your mind...
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable.
