Your order is custom made for you on demand and shipped direct from our manufacturing center in Colombia. It takes up to 5 business days to custom manufacture your shapewear order.  Free shipping for orders over $60. A reduced rate of $8 applies to orders over $50. The regular shipping rate of $12 applies to destinations in United States if the order is under $50. Shipping costs are based on the pre-tax total after any promotional credits are applied.

Orders are shipped via FedEx and take up to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as the product leaves the factory. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized by the carrier website.

In total, allow 7–12 business days for delivery from the time of your order. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get your shapewear to you as fast as possible!

Import duties, taxes, and the associated administrative fees vary by country. As the importer, you as the purchaser may be responsible for payment of such costs; they are not paid by Everbody. Your purchase may enter your country duty free if your country has a trade agreement with Colombia or if your purchase is below the de minimis threshold. If your country or region has a sales tax (e.g. Canada or Mexico), or if duty is charged, your shipment may be held by your customs service pending payment of such fees. Everbody is working to establish prepaid duty and tax processes with a number of jurisdictions and once established, these will be built into the charges shown in your shopping bag page. Until then, duties and taxes outside the USA remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shapewear purchase! Because shapewear is intimate apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package is opened — except in the case of manufacturing defects.

We’ll happily process exchanges or refunds if you received the wrong item. Please inspect your garment upon receipt to ensure it matches your order before opening. Once tried on, returns are not possible.

If you received the wrong product...
We do our best to get your order right, but if there’s a mistake, we’ll fix it quickly and at no cost to you.

Our simple three-step process:

Step 1: Review your order to ensure what you received is not what you ordered. Our products are manufactured by Sociedad Anna Marye in Palmira Valle, Colombia. A table that matches their stock numbers to our product line can be found here.

Step 2: Within 7 days of receiving your order, email customercare@everbodyshapewear.com the following, with the subject line “shipping error”:

• an image of the product you received, showing the size, color, or whatever issue is incorrect.
• Tell us your original order number and the problem with the shipment.
• Tell us whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you would like an exchange, specify the model, size, and color.
• We will reply within 48 hours with a prepaid shipping label you can attach to your package and send back to us.

Step 3: When we receive it, we will inspect it to ensure it is…

• Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
• No stains, scents
• All tags attached and packaging included (clear plastic bag & packaging). Then we will issue your refund in the original form of payment or send out your replacement item as requested.

If you changed your mind...

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable.
